Math Rock blends the perfect amount of Emo and Jazz to create complex layers of melody and rhythm. The music often emphasizes catchy riffs, while quickly abandoning them to seek new, complex hooks.
We’ve wanted to collaborate with our friends at Irrational for some time as we happen to share a love for complex IPAs and music, plus they’re only a few minutes away.
We decided to splurge on some Freestlye Hops with one of Irrational’s favourite hop - Nelson, and one of ours - Motueka.
Dry Hops: Freestyle Motueka, Freestyle Nelson Sauvin, Freestyle Motueka Subzero Hop Kief

473ml can. Pours a cloudy pale yellow gold with a medium, foamy, short lived, white head that leaves soapy curtains of lace. Sweet fruity aroma of bready wheat malt, lime, green grape, mango and herbal hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, lime, lemon, green grape, apricot, oats, earthy yeast and herbal hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with a creamy, smooth, oily texture and soft carbonation. Juicy and delicious.
