Bottle. Crystal clear brass pour with a small white head. The aroma is muted a nd soft with grains, wheat, straw, hay and a touch of cardamon. The taste features mixed fruits--pears and persimmons--and some dry woody notes. The palate is light and crisp. Finishes long and dry, perhaps the driest ale I have ever had. Overall; Decent, paired well with some roasted walnuts

330ml bottle: BBE July 2022. Drank at home on 4th September 2021. Mini white head on a misty yellow body. The aroma held wheat and spices with a hint of oranges, taste also fronted wheat, spices and an orange flavour. Nice!

33cl bottle. Pours medium hazy orange blond, with practically no foam. Aroma is citrus, spicy and with a forget sweetish probably consistent with nutmeg being in the recipe. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium-sweet, and somehow spicy. Final is average.

Not your standard witbier, on the thin side, but still nice enough. Quite a lively pour, with plenty of carbonation apparent, leaves a slightly hazy straw beer with a small, bubbly white head. Thereβs a sourish citrus aroma, the mouthfeel is moderately fizzy, less than expected based on the pour, and on the watery side, but the tart tangerine taste, alongside some herbal notes and a hint of bitterness is very pleasant, leading to a short, dry finish

Bottle. Pale color to bright yellow, white bubbly head which sadly disappears. Perfumed, spiced. Flavor intensely spiced with lemon/orange/coriander, yuzu, a peppery note, flowers, grass, pine/spruce resin, moderately bready malts, wheat. Taste is sourish, yet smooth, balanced by proper bitter notes. Strong carbonation, medium body. Finish citrusy, spiced, refreshing, balsamic, dry with a yeasty leftover. In the style this is very spiced, flavorful. I enjoyed this but may be deemed artificial by someone.
