Bock featuring Blue Ox Pils & Vienna Malts. March 24th, 2022: Production Team member Mario, accidentally dropped one of our seven-barrel brite tanks. The tank sustained a massive dent, but remains functional. This beer is an ode to that day, and that dent, forever known as, "Mario's Crater".

Pours clear, bright garnet-tinged mahogany into a teku. Mocha head with excellent retention pancakes as it recedes leaving sheet lacing. Dark caramel, molasses and pit fruit aromas. Medium bodied with sweet caramel upfront turning to chocolate covered cherry before the lasting earthy licorice and bitter chocolate bark finish.
