Lime and Mandarin aromas of yuzu fruit are layered with fresh, zesty Loral hops to create a pale ale packed with tropical flavours. Complimented with a hint of smooth vanilla, before moving into a dry, herbal finish from the star of this beer, Matcha tea

Can from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - murky yellow with quickly disappearing head.
Nose - yuzu and tea for sure. Dried citrus and some bread too.
Taste - yuzu then dry tea note at the back.
Palate - light bodied with a zesty start and a dry finish.
Overall - decent. Interesting.

Can thanks to Ashton McCobb. Pours hazy yellow gold with a bubbly white head. Aromas of light citrus and faint green tea, but you have to look for it. Lemon up front, dry tea at the back. Interesting, but I wouldn't want a whole one.
