Can from Lupe Pintos. Hazy bronze body with an off-white head that fades. Steady carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of juicy tangerine, peach, nutmeg and orange peel. Flavour of black pepper, cooked orange and cloves. Medium body with a slick texture. Light fizz. A tangy, spicy beer.

Can from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - golden yellow to orange with a light haze and a fluffy snow white head.
Nose - orange, mango, melon and apricot.
Taste - grassy up front then the orange and melon kick in, with the grassiness returning on the finish.
Palate - light to medium bodied with a bitter finish.
Overall - I suppose this is what a golden ale is supposed to be though I couldn't help being slightly disappointed with the taste when the nose promised so much tropical fruit.
