This one’s a collab with Seven Island Brewery, a renowned Greek brewery that knows hops inside and out. They’ve built a reputation on big, expressive IPA’s, so teaming up felt like a nobrainer and was in the works for a long, long time actually.
New Territory is a an American IPA (7% ABV) with classic west coast vibes with a fresh twist and is definately new territory for us in our brewing journey! Centennial and Chinook bring that familiar piney bitterness up front, while Simcoe in the whirlpool adds citrus zest and a touch of dankness. A dry hop of Citra, Simcoe and Chinook layers in bright grapefruit and ripe mango. It’s crisp, dry and leaves just the right amount of bite. The malt bill (Pilsner, Pearl Pale Ale, Chit Malt, and Carapils) keeps the body light and snappy, while WHC LAX yeast makes sure the hops stay in the spotlight.
Like the open landscapes of the Old West, New Territory is bold, unfiltered and ready to be explored. Cheers!

Sample at the brewery, Darker golden beer, small head. Aroma is malt, hops, resin, citrus. Taste same, malt, bitter, hops, citrus, light resin, could be more resin tbh. Good enough

From keg @ SalamaNation, Helsinki.
Poured clear and golden in color, white head. Good looks.
Neat. Piney hops, citrusy notes. Dry and light bitterness towards finish. Could have more bitterness IMO. Clean and tasty.
