On tap at the brewery. Pours pale gold. Bread, clove, bubblegum, lemon, apricot. Really nice saison.

Vietnamese Spiced Saison - Tap at the Mountain Goat brewery. Poured a slightly hazy straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeast, citrus, light spice. The aroma is citrus acid, with a light, crisp, fruity dry hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. A superb Saison. One of the best I ever had.
