Our new Italian style pilsner was inspired by our new Pizza Co., providing the perfect compliment to our incredible pizzas. We brewed this with Eraclea pilsner grain, then dryhopped it with a splendid combination of Saphir and Anchovy hops, for a neuvo classico Italian pilsner.

Can at Decibel Beer and Metal Fest: pours gold with white head. Aroma is light lemon, bright breadiness. Taste is excellent wholegrain bread with pleasant hoppy tones .
