I don’t remember the last time I had a dubbel. Post run brew #2. Nice little chalice glass. Chestnut brown pour and a fine finger of smooth beige head. Nose is nutty and yeasty. Tastes of nuts some dried fruits, plum, caramel, earth, dark bread. Pleasant
