Keg at the brewery, 7/31/25. Hazy gold, medium white head, average retention. Aroma of dank, resin, pale malt. Taste is tropical fruit, dank, resin. Well balanced, hop forward.

16 fl oz. A bit cloudy golden colour, small white head and lace. Pine, ,malts, yeast in the nose. Light-bodied. Some pine, yeasty flavours, overriped fruits. Not much of typical Simcoe flavours. Watered down citrus in the aftertaste. Probably something went a bit wrong on the way.
