We got together again with some of our dear friends and created this blended barrel aged imperial stout to share with you.
Each brewery selected their own barrels, blended, and then sent each other brewery some of that blend. This 5 way collab includes barrel aged stout which was brewed and aged at WeldWerks, Other Half, Angry Chair, The Veil and Side Project, then blended at each location and treated with some additional beer from the blenders location and whatever adjuncts they deemed as perfect.
Once again, we went with toasted coconut flakes, coffee, vanilla beans and fresh ground cinnamon for the Side Project release of Bubble Wrap this year! We hope you love this huge collaboration and the releases from each of the brewerys involved!
