This 5.0% ABV spelt saison was brewed with a blend of green and red Sichuan peppercorns from 50 Hertz Tingly Foods (Washington, DC). The green peppercorns bring bold lemon zest aromas, while the red adds a warming, numbing sensation. Dry-hopped with Motueka and finished with a splash of yuzu, it delivers a bright, citrusy pop.
