To celebrate the 4th anniversary of Erling’s Flaskebutik, we teamed up with them to brew a NZ NEIPA that honors both the store's birthday and the craft beer scene in Aarhus. Named as a reference to Hallo Weekend, Hallo Erlings offers a unique twist, driven by hops from New Zealand. The timing couldn't be better, as the recent hop harvest in New Zealand has brought exceptional fresh hop products to the market, giving this IPA its distinctive character. Expect a rich, hop-intensive explosion of fruity flavors, perfectly balanced in style with an almost dangerously high drinkability.
