A meeting of minds, a fusion of tradition and innovation—Noah Knows is a collaboration between Hackney Church Brew Co and Tap East, redefining what a Best Bitter can be.
Built on the foundation of floor-malted heritage Chevallier malt, this beer delivers a deep, bready maltiness layered with marmalade sweetness and a touch of caramel. But this is no ordinary Best Bitter. We've taken it further with floods of 21st-century British hops—Harlequin and Olicana—bringing bright, fruit-forward notes in place of the usual herbal spice. The result? A beautifully balanced bitterness, a rich yet refreshing depth of flavour, and a beer that knows exactly where past meets present.
Take Noah’s advice—order these two by two, because one just won’t be enough.

From tap at the brewpub with Terje 10.04.25. Cloudy mahogany amber. Off-white head and lacing. Aroma and taste of medium roasted malt, dark caramel, tawny marmalade and bark. A bit of hop bitterness is lingering on. Overall quite malty.
