A beautifully balanced pale ale that is light, crisp and clean for that easy all day drinking sesh you weren’t supposed to be on.
Simcoe and El Dorade hops are added during the later stages of the brewing process to create a deep pine character that is softened by tropical and citrus aromas and a subtle yet pleasant hop bitterness to finish.
Light, refreshing and sessionable! You can try to just have the one, but its likely you’ll be persuaded to continue throughout the day and into the night – we take no responsibility for friends or family twisting your arm into staying!
Restoration was born out of long days cycling around the pits and peaks of Cornwall and craving that post ride beer. The one beer you look forward to and can continue your journey on.
An ode also to the current restoration of Cornwall’s once thriving clay pits and to the outdoor lifestyle Cornwall is renowned for, which allows you to escape the day to day and restore your mind in the comfort of nature.

Zesty, chalky & citrus aroma.
Medium to thin bodied, lightly carbonated with a clean back.
Very muted tastes of lemon, nectarine & melon with a bitter hoppy finish.

12/4/2025. Can bought direct from the brewery. Pours slightly hazy very pale yellow gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is citrus, grassy, lime, light herb, slightly soapy. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Touch tart. Light bodied, watery, fizzy. Okay.
