This is our 6th barrel aged annual EiE Imperial Stout release aged & conditioned in Irish whiskey barrels. This is a big beer that is deceptively easy drinking with roasted dark chocolate flavours layered over complex vanilla & smooth whiskey from the barrels.

12/4/2025. Can bought at the brewery tap. Pours black with a small frothy tan coloured head. Aroma is chocolate, cocoa, woody, whiskey, light roasted malt, vanilla, biscuit, caramel. Medium sweetness, moderate roasted bitterness. Medium to full bodied, very smooth, soft carbonation. Good boozy finish. Very good.
