Svrchně kvašené tmavé pivo s výraznou hořkostí a intenzivním aroma. Zajímavé snoubení pražené chuti a tónů tropického ovoce.
Barva téměř černá, čirá. Nízká béžová pěna. Aroma kávy a tropického ovoce. Nízký říz, plná sladová chuť s výraznou pražeností. Hořkost vyšší, výrazné aroma amerických a australských chmelů. Závěr chuti nekonečně dlouhý a komplexní.
Dvakrát chmeleno za studena. Použité chmely - Centennial (US), Citra (US) a hlávkový Galaxy (AUS).

Bottle. Fruity coffeeish hoppy aroma. Clear dark colour, quite stable head. Taste is very nicely balanced, smooth, not harsh at all. Rather easily drinkable. High bitterness, but not too much. Very tasty, masterful balance.

Keg at Pivovarský Klub in Prague Day 5 of Fergus and Sarah’s Czech jaunt. 3/10/14. Really excited for the CDA tick. Aroma is roast pine, burnt pine needdles, citrus, rubber, some dark choc. Rich black coloured pour with a big lasting light tan head. Flavour is composed of full sweet malts roasty, dark choc, pine needle and lemon citrus. Palate is big full bodied, , low carbonation, sticky resin, Tasty beer.

Not too sure about the ’Limited Edition’ bit of the beer name. On tap in BeerGeek and BeerGeek Bar (both in Prague) from keykegs. My 0.3 litre pour was on 6th Oct 2014 in BeerGeek Bar. Black with deep, thick, tanned foaming topping. Aroma was dominated by chocolate and coffee esters with a mild hoppiness vying for attention. The taste was again chocolate and coffee with some sweetness also from the roasted malt flavours. The finish had a hop and over roasted malt bitterness, medium body depth and fairly rich in nature, almost Stout like in body I suppose. Most enjoyable.
