Spark Beer joins participating breweries from every region of Canada who have committed to brewing their own version of Dominion City’s Glorious & Free IPA recipe using 100% Canadian-sourced ingredients with a commitment to give a portion of the net proceeds from every beer sold to a local, provincial or national not-for-profit or charitable organization.
For this delicious hazy IPA, we used malt from Mississippi Mills Malting in Almonte, ON, hops from Houblonnière Lupuline in Chapeau, QC and yeast from our good friends Escarpment Labs in Guelph! (plus some oats and wheat from Alberta).
