Unser wunderschönes rotes Ale ist die erste Eigenkreation des neuen Braumeisters. Es wurde anfangs im 10 Liter und später im 50 Liter Maßstab in Wördern im Keller gebraut. Anfang 2020 wurde es dann erstmals auf der 500 Liter Anlage in der Brauerei Specht hergestellt. Ab da wurde es zum Rotspecht und erhielt sein schönes Label. Vom Geschmack ist der Rotspecht ein malzbetontes Red Ale nach irischer Stilistik. Es ist nicht zu bitter und begeistert mit seiner leichten Johannisbeer– und Maracujanote.

Taster from tap at Beer Culture Days, Vienna. Redish hazy color, small white head. smells honey spices, earthy, ok smell. medium body, soft carbonation. tastes honey, earthy, peppery, bit jammy, some fruit notes, tobacco. finishes lightly sweet and lightly bitter with notes of honey, spices and earthy notes. Taste is good, enjoyable to drink
