An Imperial Stout aged for 6 months in Bourbon barrels. Intense black in colour with creamy and persistent foam. Notes of raw coffee and red and citrus fruits in aroma and flavour combined with light chocolate, vanilla, wood and Bourbon touches from the breeding stand out. Despite its high graduation of alcohol, it’s not aggressive in mouth due to the unctuousness and middle body that gives it the use of roasted malts and oats milk.
