Our twisted version of the typical American style pale ale. Pine and grapefruit notes. Eminently drinkable, delicious and low enough in alcohol to drink long into the night.

Tap at the HCMC brewpub. Poured a clear medium amber with a thin white head. The aroma is malt, light woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a smooth light buttery caramel, woody hop bitter, light fruit palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Draft - Sticky sweet hops. Clearish gold with a rich white head. Sticky hops and orange with a dry finish. Sticky orange cough syrup.
