Darkest ruby to black in colour. Deep roasty coffee-like aroma dominates with a hint of chocolate in the background. Roast and pleasant bitterness also dominates the flavour and contrasts the creamy mouthfeel.

Keg at Druggists, Singapore. Black, creamy beige head. Coffee and chocolate up front. Mid dry with light-medium body and creamy, rounded mouthfeel. Coffee with cream, some dark chocolate. Long distinct but mild bitterness. Well made.

Tap at the HCMC brewpub. Poured a clear dark brown with a thin broken off white head. The aroma is sweet malts, light chocolate, coffee. The flavour is light sweet with a sweet caramel malt, dry liqourice hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
