Using plenty of Citra in the kettle and repeated dry hop additions of both Amarillo and Citra gives huge flavour and aroma of peach, citrus and tropical fruit with a little resiny chewiness.

Tap at the HCMC brewpub. Poured a clear light amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is malt, big citrus fruit, pine needle. The flavour is moderate bitter sweet with a smooth rich light creamy fruity woofy hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Draft - Pine and big citrus. Clearish Orange with a decent white head. Lots of big orange syrupy notes. Tropical notes peak out but the boldness keeps them in the background.
