Tap at the HCMC brewpub. Poured a murky dark reddish brown with a long lasting frothy off white head. The aroma is biscuit malt, red berry fruit. The flavour is moderate bitter with a rich earthy bready malt, sweet fruit floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Draft - Sweet caramel malts. Deep Amber with a decent beige head. Sweet caramel and bettering hops. Long slightly earthy finish.
