Tap at the HCMC brewpub. Poured a clear yellow colour with a thin white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is yeast, crushed banana. The flavour is yeast acid citrus with a crisp light watery fruit, grainy malt, light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

Draft - Wheat citrus and banana. Cloudy yellow with a decent white head. Fruity citrus peel, light herbal note a long bitter finish.
