A healthy dose of Munich malts bring out the bread like flavors of this beer with enough darker malts to give it that perfect red/black color we love. Once the pressing is done and the machine disassembled the entirety of the tile floor in the cellar is littered with tiny carcasses of pressed grapes, the walls lined with with burlap bags as tapestries, and your hunger grows for tiny little tarts filled with cream persimmons.

LogJammin V: pours black with white head. Aroma is dark chocolate and some grainy notes. Bittersweet dark chocolate and roasted coffee in the taste. Very pleasant and smooth.
