Dens is beautifully drinkable black ale that was brewed with dark barley malts, wheat and a pinch of rye, fermented like a Saison then cold conditioned. No spices, no brewing trickery, this is a straight updark farmhouse ale with many subtle notes to enjoy.

Poured from 500mL bottle. Dark brown with dissipating beige head. Light bready saison yeast with gentle underlying roast, good carbonation, decent kick at the can.
