Our take on the classic ESB style from Great Britain. Bready and toasty malt flavor with notes of caramel are balanced by the floral and citrus taste of English hops.

Tap at the HCMC brewpub. Poured a clear copper colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is sweet bready malt, light woody hop. The flavour is moderate sweet with a smooth, rich, woody resin hop, biscuit malt palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. No way is this even close to an ESB. That’s one hell of a "take" on an established style.

Draft - Caramel malts and some earthy notes. Clear Amber with a decent off white head. Earthy and malty with a hint of bitterness in the finish.
