Spontaneously fermented and aged on fine lees for 6 months, this cider has depth, texture, and a naturally bold character.
Unfiltered. No added sulphur. Just pure expression of place and fruit.
Ripe apples on the nose, strong structure on the palate, and a fresh, sparkling finish at 6% ABV.

0.75 l bottle shared with Jordi and Keti at Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Unclear golden. Aroma is rustic red apple, apple skins, tannic. Flavour is moderately tart, lightly astringent ripe apple and floral flavour. Medium body, tart dry finish.
