(Tap sample @ CBC 2016 Red Session, Copenhagen) Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Notes of grainy, fairly characterful malt - wheat and maybe rye and corn pop out - grassy herbal notes, light to moderate lemon, floral, yeasty, a bit tart, some bitter notes from the herbs in the finish but mostly dry and clean. Light body, effervescent carbonation. Refreshing and cleansing, there's some complexity here but also feels out of balance at times during the sip. Could be a solid table beer if food rounds some of that off.

Bottle @ home, thanks to jcnielsen. Clear golden appearance with a fluffy, white head. Effervescent nose like champagne. A little bit of grass and herbs in the nose along with a bit of white grapes. Spritz, slightly tart flavour with notes of pears and white grapes. Pretty refreshing. Kinda fun.

Draught@CBC2016. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is slightly tart wood, some catpissy notes and quite acidic notes as well. Flavour is fruity, floral, some spices, mild wood. Tart and routher mouthdrying.

Bottle - Citrus and funk with some grains. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Citrus rind, grainy sourness and a bit of vegetal notes.

Draught @ CBC 2016 [ Red Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016, Oksnehallen Vesterbro, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As Fonta Flora Bloody Butcher ].Unclear - hazy matt light to medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, citrus, lemon, spicy, wit yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, wit bier yeast, citrus, lemon.
