Bloody Butcher corn is a very unique, dry and deep red heirloom corn that was almost all but forgotten. Thanks to folks like Fox Farms and countless others, this beautiful corn is making a big comeback.

Tap@Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016, Copenhagen - pours yellow with a white head. Malty and fruity with notes of straw, hay, yeast, lemon citric notes, light floral notes into the close.

CBC. Hazy dark yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, lemon, yeast and hop. Flavour is malt, yeast, lemon, medium sweet, little dry, spices and a little bitter.

[5/14/16] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Red session. Hazy pale yellow. Spicy aroma with some yeast, citric note. Dry flavor, spicy, fruity, floral, a bit tart.
