With the typical acidity of the style, delicate and refreshing, Sawa is the translation of Sour in Japanese. In this version of Sawa we chose to add strawberry, a fruit that was cultivated by Japanese immigrants in Brazil. With a tartness that reminds of strawberry jam, but without being sweet, this is a captivating and unique beer.
