Tap at CBC 2016, Red session. Poured a clear reddish brown with a round white head. The aroma is sweet sticky boiled fruit sweets. The flavour is moderate sweet with a toffee fruit, light spice palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Small slightly bubbly shortlasting head. Aroma is kind of neutral, grass, weeds, cardamom, caramel, alcohol, raisins, unripe banana, bark, almonds. Taste is sweet boozy, sugar, caramel, alcohol, minerals, grass, raisins, weeds, cardamom, cloves, chili, soap, flowers. Medium bitterness, slightly soapy and syrupy mouthfeel. Kind of interesting, but not really my cup of tea. Maybe there’s an aging potential in this one...

7 Fjells krankupp på Cirkus (Stavanger): rødlig kobber nesten uten skum. Forsiktig aroma av chutney og søte frukter. Saftig, kompleks og med stor munnfylde med et lekkert innslag av chili som balanserer frukt- og alkoholsødmen. Tørkede frukter og portvinsaktige toner spiller også sammen her. Er spent på hvordan den vil utvikle seg!
