A Thousand Tides is a tribute to Butley Creek and is a bronze statue that was created by artist Laurence Edwards. The statue was placed in the creek and left to slowly sink, joining the Saxon bodies buried at Snape and Sutton Hoo. The story of this beer was a collaboration with a local customer, The Oyster, in Butley, just a short distance from the statue. The beer itself is a blend of soft tropical fruits coming from Citra, Idaho and good dose of NZ Motueka giving lots of citrus goodness.
