Baltic style porter. Inspired by my dog on one cold rainy evening while I was thinking about beer recipes. Coincidentally, my favourite dog is also named Hazel.

Tap at RedDot, Boat Quay. Poured a murky medium brown with a thin off white head. The aroma is roasty malt, molasses. The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a smooth rich hazelnut, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
