Our flagship fruit beer uses our Haze grain bill of malted barley and wheat. After primary fermentation we add 50# of raspberry puree, leading to a slightly tart and fruity wheat ale.

5 oz. pour as part of a flight at the brewery. Lightly hazy, golden yellow, no sparkle, thin head with fair retention and soapy lacing. Aroma is raspberry over wheat. Taste is strong raspberry over wheat. Smooth, frothy texture, medium bodied, average carbonation, finish as taste with dry, mild lingering bitterness.
