Brewed in collaboration with BSG and HVG hop Cooperative. A hop forward German style pils, brewed with 100% Saphir hops. A single decoction mash using 100% Weyermann pils malt, hopped all the way through with Saphir-in the decoction boil, first wort, late in the boil, and in the whirlpool. Malt presence is subdued to allow these hops to shine, and shine they do. Subtle citrus and lemon tea accent the otherwise noble character, blending nicely with the mild honey contribution of the malt.
