Cask at the Plough, Worcester, 16/02/23. Clear golden orange with a decent white cap. Nose is caramel, stewed fruits, herb, grains, biscuit. Taste comprises caramel, straw, biscuit, grains, fruit slice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Not bad.

Cask at the Fountain, Walsall. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is earthy mineral malt, The flavour is moderate bitter sweet with a smooth rich woody hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask at Abraham Darby, Brierley Hill. Pours light gold with a medium head. Aroma is candy sugars and stewed dark fruits. Taste has sticky malts and piney hops.
