This strong blond ale, which experiences a secondary fermentation in the bottle and is not pasteurised, is Brasserie Caulier’s flagship beer. Brewed for the past 20 years with our own strain of yeast , this beer contains little sugar. It releases aromas of malt, hops, candy sugar and citrus fruits and has a firm and rich head. Bon Secours Tradition has a strong, refreshing and slightly bitter flavour.

Best before 03/24 forgetting how I got this bottle. Opening it today at Haute-Nendaz, in family, enjoying this autumn. Fair Belgian ale, boozy, smooth, a bit soily, note of vanilla, cereal, fair bitterness, sweet, yeasty, a bit syrupy.

Served draft @ Estaminet La CH’TITE BRIGITTE in Lille. Quite good, although not too remarkable for a Belgian-style beer.

Cloudy gold with a huge white head. Pale malt, spicy yeast, light perfume, apples & pears, hop. Warming. Near to dry. Light to medium ending hop bitterness. Good.
