Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a weizen glass. Hazy pale golden colour, tall frothy white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma wheat, banan, cloves, lemon, hay, yeast. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, wheat, banaan, light lemon, cloves, yeast. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation, sweetbitter aftertaste, some citrus, yeast notes, has sharp edges, nice.

Dorada algo turbia, con espuma abundante de aspecto jabonosa, retención correcta. Marcado aroma a plátano. En boca es ligera, algo oleosa, de amargor notable, y sabor frutal con claro predominio de plátano, algo de albaricoque y notas especiadas y jengibre. Sabrosa.
