Mallaskuun IPA on vaalea ja raikas janonsammuttaja. Kevyeen mallaspohjaan makeutta ja täyteläisyyttä tuo annos karamellimaltaita, joka tasapainottaa hyvin runsaan aromihumaloinnin tuomaa katkeroa. Hedelmäinen ja kevyesti makea IPA sopii hyvin mausteisten ja voimakkaiden makujen kanssa.

Bottle (from KCM Päivölä Seinäjoki). Yellowish golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is sweet malts, some grains, tropical fruits and a bit caramel. Flavour is grapefruits, some herbal, mild minerals, tropical fruity and a bit biscuity and caramelly tones.

Bottle from K-Supermarket Hirvensalo. Drunk from bottle. Smell of citrus. Aroma of grapefruit, hops. Finish is clearly malty. Lively carbon. Medium bitter. Very nice and fresh.

Tap at SOPP2018, Oulu. (as American IPA). Colour is cloudy orange with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, some hops and malts. Boring and also vegetables in aftertaste.

Bottled 330ml (KCM Puuvilla)
Deep amber colour, small steady off-white head. Caramalt, wood, fermenting fumes in the nose. LIght to medium-bodied. Caramel, resin, wood in the flavour. Unfortunately hoppyness is quite harsh. Empty finish.

33 cl bottle@ Nurmo. BBE 19.07.2019. Thanks Mari & Vesa! Aroma has redin, caramel and tropical fruits. Flavour has grapefruits, minerals, bush leaves and some tropical fruits. Too dry and also bitter in a harsh way.
