Mosaic IPA on Single Hop-sarjasta vakiintuneeksi muodostunut tuote. IPAn katkeruutta on pehmentämässä aimo annos Mosaic-humalaa, joka tuo olueen tunnusomaisen mustaherukan aromin. Tämän yrttinen, keskitäyteläinen ja voimakkaasti humaloitu olut sopii hyvin esimerkiksi aasialaisen ruoan ja mausteisten makkaroiden kylkeen.

Can 44 cl. Pours a clear, amber with a neat and lacing, off-white head. Sweet caramelly nose with dusty, slightly piney hop accents - faint though. Medium body, great maltiness but neatly attenuated and balanced by spicy, lightly bitter hops. No biggie but a fine quencher. 281025

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Hazy golden, mid sized head. Aroma of apricot and strawberry. Mid sweet with light to medium body and clean mouthfeel. Fruity with apricot and red fruit. Mid bitter finish.

Can 440ml (Autokeidas Forssa)
Amber colour, small white head. Sweetish strawberry, pine aroma. Light-bodied. Caramalt, pine, citrus but overall sweet fruityness. Ok.

Draught@Bothnia Beer Fest 2019. Goldeny orange colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is beautifully nectary, herbal and floral with some freshly cut grass too. Flavour is nicely floral, fruity, some spruce and mild resin and herbs to it. Old school straight forward IPA. Quaffable!

33cl bottle from Juustoportti, Jalasjärvi. Poured unclear golden color with a thick white head. Candy fruits in aroma, malty and with some fruity hops in flavor. Bitter finish. Unbalanced.

Smell of spruce. Hazy amber colour, white head. Aroma of hops, spruce, some citrus in finish. Bitter, ends up medium sweet. Flat carbon, dry palate. Nice.

Draught @ Taverna, Tampere as Mosaic IPA Aroma has tropical fruits and fruit candy. Flavour has fruit candy, tropical fruits, biscuity malt and mild menthol tones. Decent IPA. Not hazy in any way.
