A Polish style lager brewed with floor malted pilsner and Munich malt. A touch of caraamber malt boosts up the malt bill. Bittered with Polish hop Marynka. Late kettle hop additions from the classic Polish hop Lubelski. Fermented slowly with an international lager strain. The result is a beautiful, unique lager with notes of bisongrass, a touch of herbal citrus, and hay presented on a lovely dry crackery finish.
