We start with our standard Gose-style base, then overlay gallons and gallons of fruit puree, this time in the form of mango, papaya, and pineapple. The end result is brightly acidic, with intense mango and papaya aromatics, a distinct tropical funk, and a soft salinity/biscuit combo in the finish.
