Our autumnal/Yuletide cider tastes like Mom's apple pie in a glass! It has been aged on Cinnamon sticks for six months and then a blend of spices is added to give a full flavored cider which will warm the heart.

Pint can, WW. Clear off-clear with no head but light carbonation. Cinnamon, apple nose - a bit of a cinnamon toast crunch aroma (or at least what I remember from too many years ago). Apple, light cinnamon, lemon zest, nutmeg. Thin on flavor, thin in the mouth.
