Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for this sample! The beer is fruity and malty. Not too deep and round with not too much depth, but dry-malty. Smooth, round and easy to drink. Nice.

Copper with a lasting white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, blackcurrant and light spice. Sweet malty flavour with caramel and toffee, fruity notes and spice. A bit too sweet for my taste, but the best balanced Schiøtz beer

50cl bottle from trade with fonefan, many thanks! Pours dark red brown colour with a small beige head. Aroma of mild red fruits, dark malt. Taste is sweet malty, caramel, brown sugar, red berries.

Bottle 500ml. [ As Schiøtz Mørk Mumme ].Clear medium to dark amber - red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, sweet malt, burnt - caramelized caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel, malt extract - caramelized malt, berry - herbal note. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150529]

Aroma: fruity sweet with berries. Flavour: very fruity sweet with dark ripe berries. Very little bitterness and slight sourness. Colour: dark brownish red with an offwhite head.

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass brownish, nice head. Starts strong, malty, modest roasty. Some light alcoholic notes. Finish dry-malty. Okay.

Pours hazy amber/brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, fruits and hint of chocolate. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long malty, caramel and chocolate finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Sample@Copenhagen Beer Festival 2015, (29/05/2015) - dark amber pour with off-white head. Sweet and bready malty aroma and taste with prominent chocolate, caramel, some peppery type spices in there as well, finishes sweet. Not sure on this one.
