Known in Italy as "Ceres Nørden Dark Mumme".

Bottle. Thanks Pops. Pours amber with a small creamy head. Good caramel, bread and grains. One dimensional spiced. Berries and mumme. If the spices had been left out it would be pretty decent. Medium bodied.

50 cl bottle @ Sankt Hans Tasting, Ulfborg. Aroma has nuts , some caramelly malt and toasted sugar. Flavour has menthol, some roasted notes, harsh malt and bready tones. Average dunkel, not sure what the spice here is. Perhaps there are some peppery ones though in the flavour palette.

Bottled@fonefan. Reddish amber colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is spicy, some sweet malts, a bit some toffee. Flavour is very similar in a quite nice balanced way.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clean, beautiful reddish/purpleish with a lacing, off-white head. Sweet, nutty aroma - burned caramel. Rich, malty body, again plenty of burned caramel and syrup. Some warming alcohol in the finish. Basically a good and solid Dunkler Bock. 030615

Clear, dark red brown. Small airy offwhite head. Malty aroma with blackcurrant, caramel and light alcohol whiff. Caramely flavour, some boozy fruitiness. Finish has more alcohol, a bit too much perhaps.

Bottle at KØ15. Sweetish and roasted aroma. Clear dark brown colour with a red shine. Small off-white head. The flavour is malty and sweetish with a mild spicy hop note. Caramelly finish. Not as fruity as expected. Decent mouthfeel.
