RB#17 Ensorcelled, Dark Sour Beer Aged in Oak Barrels with Raspberries Barcode scan pointed here. This bottle is 7.0% I am not sure this rating is in the right place. pours dark, very light brown head. aroma of fresh raspberries, sour malts, faint roasted malty note. aroma appears very full for a sour. flavor is sour beer, tart raspberries, faint chocolate. flavor is mostly tart and sour with hints of raspberries and hints of chocolate. Quite well balanced and with a good deal more body than many other sours. The 7% is well hidden.
