White in the Glasses Wit is a Belgian-Style Wheat Ale. Unfiltered, pale, cloudy, and lightly spiced with coriander and sweet orange peel. Classically known as a Witbier, which is Dutch for “Wheat Beer” or “White Beer”, the cloudiness of this beer can be attributed to the high level of wheat used in the mash. This is an easy drinking, delightfully light, and full flavored beer that you can trust will quench your thirst any time of the year.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: glossy burnt orange color with a thin cap of a little white head which slid off fairly quick; some light lace
Aroma: sweet wheat, light Belgian yeasty spice, subtle oranges; light coriander, sweet dried grassiness
Flavor: moderately blends the sweet to the spice and yields to light aftertaste of sweet wheat and oranges
Texture: light to medium bodied; fair sessionability; clean smoothness but some coriander spikes against the tongue (as I expected it to, but nothing disturbing); finishes nicely with the Belgian yeasty to coriander spicy tones
Overall: I believe this actually works as a Belgian witbier, I'd come back to this tone.
