Collaboration with our neighbors down the street at The Bakehouse at Chelsea, using their Campagne bread, which was added to the mash tun, while we finished it off with our house Kvass yeast.

Pours a clearish gold. Mostly Lagery malts and hint of florals. Crispy finish. Really pretty good.
